Visionary Leadership at PLOC Capital
Lawrence Peacock, a Florida native from Pensacola, now residing in Central Florida, is the visionary leader behind PLOC Capital. With degrees in Cybersecurity Policy and Governance from USF and Electrical Engineering from FAMU, Lawrence is an accomplished IT professional and educated scholar with an intuitive mind, always seeking the light of divine truth.
Lawrence’s journey into real estate began under challenging circumstances after the passing of his beloved parents, who left him their family home. Embracing the belief that “the only thing constant in life is change,” he transformed what could have been an overwhelming situation into an opportunity to grow. Over the years, he has built a wealth of experience in property management, rental investments, budgeting for renovations, and navigating complex financial decisions—all while honoring his family’s legacy by “building upon a tradition, not resting upon one.”
While managing the family home, even after relocating up north for work, Lawrence discovered his passion for real estate and helping others in similar situations. His expertise now spans over 10 years, during which he has mastered the skills needed to guide others through the often-challenging world of real estate investment. He is dedicated to empowering individuals with the knowledge, resources, and support they need to achieve their goals, echoing his belief that “the only time success comes before work is in the dictionary.”
